1. Neck and shoulder pain

2. Low back pain

Solution: if you have mild back pain, just massage or stretch your muscles and bones, and have a good rest. If you have severe low back pain, do not massage it forcefully. You can soak it or apply it with an electric heater to warm your waist and smooth blood flow.
3. Eye fatigue
Symptoms: eyelids are heavy, tingling, unable to see the words on the computer screen at dusk, and people with serious conditions will feel like vomiting.
Reasons: wearing inappropriate glasses or contact lenses, too much pressure, and the brightness difference between the computer screen and the office is too big. In addition, dry eyes are also the main cause of eye fatigue, because the tears covering the surface of the eyeball secrete less and the cornea is easy to be damaged.
Solution: avoid dry eyes and consciously blink to replenish tears. The air in the office is too dry. Attention should be paid to choosing non corrosive eye drops for dripping.
4. Hand and foot paralysis
Symptoms: hands and feet become insensitive or tingling, and the situation is more serious in air-conditioned rooms.
Cause: muscle tension.
Solution: pay attention to the height of the chair and the table. Adjust the height of the chair to the height where both hands can naturally lean against the table. Avoid direct exposure of hands and feet to the wind.
5. Headache
Symptoms: the head often jumps with pain, or something seems to wrap around the head, wringing pain, and dizziness.
Causes: excessive eye use at work, long-term focus on the screen, insufficient sleep, and excessive pressure are all the direct causes of headache. In addition, incorrect posture, tense work rhythm and too much sleep may also cause headache.
Solution: relax your mood and body, sometimes close your eyes or go outside to do some simple stretching exercises. Open the window to let the indoor air circulate, or leave the desk and put on headphones to listen to music. When you have a headache, don’t eat painkillers indiscriminately. That will only make you dull and damage your brain nerves, but it will not solve the fundamental problem.
