1: Try not to choose soft toothbrushes: Although no scientists have proved that soft toothbrushes are harmful to our gums, soft toothbrushes
It is far less clean than a hard bristled toothbrush. As we all know, our mouth contains a lot of bacteria, and we must brush our teeth every day to clean it. Although soft toothbrushes can clean, they can’t “sterilize”. Our teeth and gum gaps are blind spots that soft toothbrushes can’t clean, but hard toothbrushes can.
2: The brushing time should not be too long: we try to control the brushing time to within 3 minutes. It does not mean that the longer the brushing time is, the cleaner and whiter our teeth will be. If the brushing time is too long, our gums will not accept it. If the toothbrush rubs the gums for a long time, the gums will become red, swollen and even bleed.
3: Change your teeth every three months: some people use a toothbrush for half a year or even longer, which is not good for oral cleaning. Generally, a good toothbrush will wear for about three months, and it will not clean your teeth any longer, so don’t forget to change your toothbrush frequently.
4: Don’t brush your teeth with salt: some people think that brushing your teeth with salt can whiten your teeth, but in fact it won’t. salt is granular. Brushing your teeth with salt too much will damage our teeth ‘health. Granular salt will wear away the enamel on the surface of our teeth, which is a personal loss of calcium, resulting in yellow and loose teeth.
5: Don’t whiten your teeth: some people use some small folk formulas or go to the hospital to wash their teeth for the purpose of whitening their teeth. These are unscientific. According to research, our teeth are not pure white, but a little yellow. Because there is a layer of enamel on the surface of the teeth, the protective layer of the teeth. If you use folk formulas indiscriminately or go to the hospital, it is likely to damage the enamel.
