3. Don’t rub your eyes
After being awakened by the alarm clock in the morning, many people will unconsciously rub their eyes, which is not conducive to eye health. The skin around the eyes is delicate. Rubbing the eyes with hands will easily damage the elasticity of the skin, lead to capillary rupture, accelerate the aging of the skin around the eyes, and may cause bacteria on the hands and dirt around the eyes to enter the eyes, thus causing infection.

2. Defecate in the morning

3. Massage
