The kidney is one of the important organs of the human body and is the origin of the nature. Whether the kidney function is normal or not plays an important role in health and longevity. The five elements theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that the kidney controls the storage of essence, opens the orifices in the ears, and many acupoints for treating kidney diseases are in the ears. Therefore, regular binaural exercises can strengthen the kidney, waist, body and prolong life.
1、 Ear sweeping with both hands
Sweep your ears from the back to the front with both hands, and you will hear the sound of “Cha Cha”. 20 times a time, several times a day, as long as you persist for a long time, you will be able to strengthen your kidney and keep fit.
2、 Ear pulling with both hands
Pull the right ear upward with your left hand on the top of your head dozens of times, and then pull the left ear with your right hand dozens of times. This exercise can also promote the secretion of submandibular gland and sublingual gland, reduce throat pain and treat chronic pharyngitis.
3、 Lifting ear tip method
Pinch the tip of the ear corridor with the thumb and index finger of both hands, lift, pull, knead, pinch and rub it up for 15-20 times, so that local heat and redness will occur. This method has the effects of sedation, analgesia, clearing the brain and eyes, reducing fever, anti allergy, nourishing the kidney, etc., and can prevent and treat hypertension, insomnia, pharyngitis and skin diseases.
4、 Hand rubbing ear wheel method

5、 Whole ear massage

6、 Ear covering with both hands
