Later, it was introduced into Japan from Ryukyu (Okinawa).
Taekwondo originated from the traditional fighting skill of ancient Korea. General Cui Hongxi, the founder of Taekwondo, once obtained the black belt qualification in Japan’s karate Songtao hall. After returning home, he combined with local martial arts and founded Taekwondo with the promotion of the government. Later, due to special historical reasons, it was divided into two organizations, ITF and WTF. The style difference was gradually obvious.

Therefore, it is very conducive to the development of children’s right brain functions such as spatial transformation and body perception, and improves thinking in images and creativity.
Karate needs to change direction to clarify the orientation, thus developing children’s spatial perception; In addition, children should take the initiative to find ways to overcome difficulties, which has tempered their will, cultivated their courage, and learned the correct attitude towards people, things and things.
Karate advocates the martial spirit of “ceremony begins and ends”. It stresses that people should learn etiquette before they learn art and morality before they learn martial arts. Through the mutual respect between teachers and children, the salutation ceremony during activities, and the mutual courtesy between children, children understand the meaning of “courtesy” and know what to do to show “courtesy”. Karate competitions stress “restraint”, so they should be self disciplined and controlled.

Do not leave the arrangement without the permission of the coach. When leaving, it is not allowed to pass between the coach and the lineup, but should leave after the lineup.
2. The title of coach should be respected, such as senior, teacher, teacher, etc.
3. Do not eat, drink, smoke or chew gum in the ashram.
4. When entering or leaving the ashram, you must salute to the ashram and say “OSU!” This symbolizes respect for the dojo and its students.
5. Fingernails and toenails should not be too long and should always be kept clean. During the rest period, you should practice more, don’t talk loudly, and don’t waste time. The cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the ashram are the common responsibility of all students. In the absence of special circumstances or ceremonies, students can wear clean T-shirts in their Taoist uniforms. The Taoist clothes must be kept clean all the time, and the belt must not be wet washed, but only dried to symbolize the spirit of overcoming hardship and refining.
At what age is karate good
Boys are generally recommended to be over 4 years old. Some Taoist schools recruit people over 3 years old, that is, they can start to learn karate at the age of 3-5. However, most of the young children do not have any stereotypes, and they still need parents to insist and encourage them.
Small has small advantages. A solid foundation can cultivate children’s self-confidence and etiquette. Although boys in their teens and 20s learn late and need to work hard in ligament, boys at this stage have strong absorption ability and learn faster than ordinary boys. Therefore, there is no saying that karate is suitable for any age. The key is to persist, work hard and not give up.
