What do you need to prepare for surfing
1. Surfboard
Of course, surfboards are one of the most important equipment for surfing. Before you decide to buy your board, you must know your surfing habits, uses and general wave conditions at the surfing site. For beginners, it is necessary to find experienced people to help you choose a board.
2. Rudder
Surfboards must be used with rudders, which can be divided into single, three or five pieces. Usually Longboard uses a single piece of larger sngle fin, and other boards use a three piece tri fin system. In the past year or two, five pieces have also appeared. Most of the board rudders now use the patented fin control system FCS, which is convenient for replacement and travel, but the early fixed type (glass on) is also loved by surfers, and its strength in big waves is better than FCS.
3. Foot rope
This is the only thing that can guarantee your life safety in surfing. When you are out of the water, you can use it to find your surfboard, and your board will not wash back to the shore or hit other people with the waves, so that you can rely on it at sea. The general length is slightly longer than the board. At present, the foot rope also needs to be designed according to different wave conditions. Generally, the double bearings are better than the single bearings, which is less easy to wrap.
What should we pay attention to when surfing
1. When carrying a surfboard, pay attention to the turning place, put it gently on the ground, and cover the surfboard with sand when it is placed on the sand when the wind is strong to avoid being blown away by the wind.
2. When walking out toward the sea with a surfboard, the angle of holding the surfboard in your hand should be straight. You must not put the surfboard in front of your body to prevent the waves from hitting your body.
3. When the surfboard is washed back to the shore from the open sea about 30cm away from the water depth, please get off the board immediately to avoid direct impact of the surfboard on the rocks.
4. When the surfboard collides with the waves, never pull the safety foot rope and the surfboard by hand to avoid hand injury.
5. When surfing, please keep the distance of two surfboards for each person at sea.
6. When you are a junior surfer, please pay attention to check your equipment before going into the water. Check whether the wax block has been beaten, the safety rope and the life jacket have been checked, and do warm-up exercises for 20 minutes before going into the sea to surf.
7. The regulations for surfing and riding are that the person closest to the breaking point of the waves should be the first to stand up, and the surfers next to him should stop surfing. If you rush down regardless of three, seven and twenty-one, the person who snatches the waves should bear all the consequences and compensation responsibilities in case of an accident.
