1. What to pay attention to when climbing? Learn to use professional accessories
There are more professional equipment for rock climbing. In addition to clothes and shoes, we also need more important ropes and buckles, as well as axes for rock climbing. We need to use these things correctly. If you use them incorrectly, remember not to climb. It is very dangerous, and we must choose the ones with good quality, matching models and suitable for ourselves.
2. What should we pay attention to when climbing? Do a good job of warming up
When climbing, because it is a basic vertical exercise, we have high requirements for our physical strength and muscles. If we don’t do warm-up exercise before climbing, it is easy to cause physical injury. If we get injured early at high altitude, it is very dangerous, so we must do a good job of warm-up exercise before climbing.
3. What should we pay attention to when climbing? Friendly communication with peers
When climbing, there will be a lot of emergencies. In some places, I am afraid that I can’t go up and down, and sometimes I can’t go up and down because I don’t have enough physical strength. In the face of this situation, we should not force ourselves. We can communicate with our partners to help ourselves. We can also choose to give up and wait for our partners in a safe place. After all, climbing is very intense, and not everyone can climb it.
4. What should we pay attention to when climbing? When encountering difficulties, we should face them calmly
Sometimes disasters occur on the cleanest route and in the simplest operation process. It is hard to believe that some experienced veterans will also make tragic stupid mistakes. When we are afraid, hasty or too excited, we are prone to make mistakes, so we must deal with emergencies calmly, and often can avert dangers.
5. What should we pay attention to when climbing? Check the protection system when descending
If your partner lets you down, first let him tighten the rope, so that your weight falls on the rope instead of directly on the protection point, and then untie yourself from the protection point; If you descend by yourself, tighten the rope by yourself. This procedure is to ensure that the rope is correctly passed through the protection system and connected to you. At the same time, check the protection points and protection systems. If they don’t look impregnable, add some secondary protection.
Basic movements of rock climbing
1. Arm: when grasping the rock point, the arm should be extended as straight as possible. After the arm is straightened, the bones are stressed, and the muscles can be relaxed to save arm strength. When the lower arm is swollen, the arm can be hung down to let the blood flow back, and the hand can be shaken to relax the muscles.
2. Foot: the foot should be planted on the inside of the toe rather than on the sole of the foot. When stepping on a rock point, the heel should be kept higher than the toe to exert force. According to different conditions, it can be divided into positive pedal and side pedal (inner side and outer side). The front pedal is mostly used for climbing up the straight wall, and the side pedal is mostly used for climbing up the elevation angle and moving sideways. However, the route of most newcomers is relatively simple, which is basically the action of pushing up the magic force straight.
3. Center of gravity: close to the rock wall as much as possible. The center of gravity is about the hip. When facing the rock wall, push the crotch forward as far as possible, so that the center of gravity can be fully close to the rock wall, which is more labor-saving. If the hand point is low, squat down to lower the center of gravity and lean sideways, while keeping the arm straight and the center of gravity close to the rock wall. Fix 3 points and move 1 point, that is, fix 3 points with both hands and feet and move the other 1 point.
Benefits of rock climbing

This is the key ability of rock climbing, which is more important than physical strength; In the medical field abroad, rock climbing has been used to correct children’s muscle development and coordinate hand, eye and body training.
2. Strengthen physical strength
What rock climbing requires is balanced strength and beauty of hands and feet, and enough to load their own weight and resist gravity. In this matter, girls are not inferior to boys at all.
