3. Don’t eat at once. When exercising, the motor nerve center is in a high excitement state. After exercise, you can drink some boiled water at normal temperature to replenish the moisture in your body.
5. Don’t smoke after exercise. Inhale a large amount of smoke into the air in your lungs. On the one hand, it will not only reduce the oxygen content, but also be harmful to paying off the “oxygen debt”, which is difficult to eliminate body fatigue; On the other hand, when the human body inhales such foggy air, it will affect the gas exchange in the human alveoli, resulting in chest tightness, asthma, dyspnea, dizziness and weakness due to insufficient oxygen supply after exercise.
6. Don’t blow the air conditioner immediately. During fitness, the capillaries on the body surface will expand, the blood circulation will accelerate, the body temperature will rise, the pores will expand, and the perspiration will increase. If you want to cool down and blow the air conditioner after fitness, and your body temperature drops suddenly, it is easy to lead to capillary constriction, pore tightness, dysregulation of body temperature and other physiological functions, immunity decline, and colds, diarrhea and other diseases. It should be waiting for the body temperature to slowly return to normal after fitness, so that the body and the outside world can form a good circulation system, which is more conducive to the recovery of the body.
7. When you can’t drink alcohol to relieve fatigue and keep fit, your blood will accelerate circulation and your body functions will be at a high level. If drinking alcohol after fitness, the body will absorb alcohol into the blood faster, which will aggravate the damage to liver, intestines and other organs, and also increase uric acid in the blood, causing joint inflammation. It will also lead to fatty liver, gastric ulcer and other diseases in the long run.
8. Don’t eat too many sweets. I believe that some people will choose to eat sweets after exercise, thinking that it will make their bodies very comfortable and have many benefits. However, if they eat too many sweets after exercise, they will consume more vitamin B1 in their bodies, resulting in loss of appetite and fatigue. They can’t recover their physical strength better. I suggest eating more vegetables or eggs.
