The tense and busy pace of life often makes people feel dizzy and swollen, which is mainly caused by insufficient blood supply to the brain. To solve dizziness, the following simple health exercises are very effective!
Shrug up and down
Stand with your feet apart, about shoulder width apart. Lift your shoulders up as much as possible. After a short pause, your shoulders suddenly fall. I did it eight times.
Back arm lift
The two arms cross and extend straight behind, and then lift up vigorously, like pushing the root of the head up with the shoulder blades. After holding for two or three seconds, the two arms suddenly fall down, as if to hit the waist (actually, they can also hit). Do it 2-3 times.
Pronation movement
Bend your elbows, cross your fingers in front of your chest, extend your hands forward quickly, and lower your head forward quickly, so that your head is sandwiched between your extended forearms. Do it 5-10 times.
Fork hand turning shoulder movement
Cross your fingers in front of your chest, palm down, and turn your shoulders left and right as far as possible. The head must follow the backward rotation, and pay attention to maintaining the initial posture. The rotation range should be equal to or greater than 90 degrees. Alternate left and right for 5-10 times.
Back and forth shoulder flexion
First, bend your shoulders back as far as possible, as if your two shoulder blades are about to touch each other. Then bend your shoulders forward, as if they will close in front of your chest, and put the backs of your hands together for 5-10 times.
Back and forth shoulder rotation
Bend the elbow at a right angle, rotate the shoulder from front to back, and then from back to front. The number of rotations is not limited.
The purpose of exercising the above six small movements is to fully move the shoulders, so as to improve the blood supply to the brain. It’s best to do it once a day, which takes about 6 to 10 minutes.
