Diseases always attack people’s bodies suddenly when people are not aware of them. It seems that there is no warning. But in fact, diseases are always revealed to us inadvertently. It’s just that we don’t pay attention to our own bodies.
According to the theory of meridians and collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine, the five fingertips of a person each have meridians and points, and each has a close relationship with the internal organs. If one fingertip feels special pain, it means that there is something wrong with the internal organs related to this meridians and points. You may as well pinch the part of the root of the nail and then press it with force and rotate it, starting from the small fingers, one by one, to feel if there are any particularly painful fingers. The pain in different parts indicates that there is something wrong with a certain part of the body.
Ring finger pain: it may be throat pain or headache. There is a Guanchong point on the Sanjiao meridian of the ring finger, which can be rubbed when you have a cold or fever.
Middle finger pain: there is a middle Chong point on the middle finger, which is located on the pericardial meridian surrounding the heart. When the heart can’t stand the heat, it will feel pain here. Index finger pain: there is Shangyang point related to the large intestine on the index finger. People who have constipation and feel pain when pressing this finger may have problems with the large intestine.
