When you go to work after breakfast, if the unit is close to home, you’d better go on foot, ride a bicycle when you’re far away, and take a bus when you’re far away. And get off in advance and walk one stop. In the car, don’t rush to find a seat. Sitting down after eating will affect the peristalsis of the intestines and stomach. Standing for a while is good for your body.
When someone comes to talk to you and answers the phone, you may as well stand up. On the one hand, it is polite and on the other hand, it is also exercise for your body. According to research, standing for an hour consumes 5000 calories more than sitting for an hour. Every two hours of work, go for a walk or do exercises outside. Don’t lie on the sofa. When you go home at night, if you are not too hungry, don’t rush to eat first. You should do some housework properly, or tease your children. This kind of slight physical labor can divert your attention, relax the tension of the day, and eat a comfortable dinner.
After dinner, don’t rush to do other work. It’s better to take your children out for a walk. Everyone walks together, talking and laughing. It’s a good relaxation exercise.
