And it is the beginning of obtaining powerful power to concentrate the strength of all parts of the body at the same time, direction and purpose. Also, when using technology, if you can relax unnecessary power, it will increase the effectiveness of the original attack power. And like “0 to 10, 10 to 0”, relax — exert — relax, but the strength of relaxation is not equal to the spirit of relaxation. The spirit of an athlete must always be full, so relaxing unnecessary strength is to be ready for the next attack at any time.

The difference between karate and Taekwondo
1. Karate often uses both hands and feet in confrontation competitions, and most of them are calm and solid. Extreme vacuum karate, which pays attention to actual combat, pays more attention to boxing to flesh, and rarely has aerial leg techniques or exaggerated turning movements. In Taekwondo, for example, WTF Taekwondo will use more leg techniques, less fist techniques, more air leg techniques and even turn leg techniques in confrontation competitions, with unrestrained and fierce movements.
2. Karate pays attention to teachers’ inheritance, that is, students in regular Dojo can trace back to the founder of their own school. Because of this, karate has strict requirements on the inheritance of technology, so as to preserve the characteristics and style of the school. In addition, karate entered the Chinese market later than Taekwondo, so the number of Dojo and its recognition are limited.
3. Karate’s clothes are in the form of “cardigans”, with the left Lapel pressing the right lapel and fastened by the belt. Taoist uniforms are generally pure white, with the name of the organization of the dojo embroidered on the left chest, and the name of the practitioner embroidered on the hem of some Taoist jackets, depending on the situation of each dojo.
