There are some habits in life that seem to be sanitary, but in fact they are not sanitary. They can not ensure physical health, but are harmful to the body. I think everyone in these habits can definitely sit in the right place. I hope everyone can correct it.
1. Wrap food in white paper
White paper is used to wrap food. In order to make the white paper “white”, many manufacturers often use bleach in the production process. When bleach comes into contact with food, it will cause a series of chemical reactions, produce some harmful substances, and easily pollute the food.
2. Wipe tableware and fruit with toilet paper
The spot check results of the national quality inspection department show that many types of toilet paper have not been disinfected or have not been disinfected thoroughly, and they contain a large number of bacteria, which are easy to adhere to the cleaned objects. Only high-grade napkins that have been strictly disinfected meet the hygiene standards.
3. Spread plastic cloth on the dining table
The table is covered with plastic cloth. Although it is beautiful, it is easy to accumulate dust, bacteria, etc. Moreover, some plastic cloth is made of toxic vinyl chloride resin. Tableware and food will be contaminated with harmful substances if they come into contact with plastic cloth for a long time, which will cause many unnecessary diseases and affect health.
4. Cover food with gauze
Fly prevention covers the food with a gauze cover. Although flies will not fall directly on the food, they will stay on the gauze cover and still leave insect eggs with germs. These insect eggs are very easy to fall from the gauze holes and pollute the food.
5. Dry pots, bowls, basins, cups and other tableware and fruits with towels
The tap water used in China’s cities is strictly disinfected, and the tableware and fruit washed with tap water are basically clean and do not need to be wiped again. There are many germs on the towel, and drying it with a towel will cause secondary pollution.
6. Disinfect bowls and chopsticks with wine
Some people often use Baijiu to wipe bowls and chopsticks, thinking that this can achieve the purpose of disinfection. Unexpectedly, the alcohol degree used for disinfection in medicine is 75%, while the alcohol content of general Baijiu is below 56%. Therefore, wiping bowls and chopsticks with Baijiu can not achieve the purpose of disinfection at all.
