Many people have health problems, but few white-collar groups have such frequent health crises. Some white-collar workers say in detail that they are migrant workers in the city. Judging from their hard work and physical conditions, they do have something in common. The working efficiency of office workers has been accelerated repeatedly, which is beyond our imagination, and their health is also declining at an accelerated pace.
Speaking of “white-collar”, people will immediately see this picture: in the spacious, bright and magnificent high-level office building, the elegant and elegant gentlemen and ladies are constantly busy. Who knows that it is not easy to join the ranks of “white-collar” workers, and it is even harder to stick to the “white-collar” position.
I get up at 7:00 every morning, catch the subway at 7:30, go to work at 8:30, do planning in the morning, hold a conference at noon, go out to market research in the afternoon, go back to the company in the evening to continue working, and go home to rest after 9:00. ” This is the work of Xiaobian for one day. As I have just come to work in a new company, I work very hard, and the pace of life is naturally much faster than others. At first, Xiaobian felt that such a life was very full, but as time went on, he felt nervous, heavy, uneasy and worried.
There are more and more people like Xiaobian in modern cities. Even if there is no urgent matter, they will trot all the way; Dealing with busy work all day, but sometimes being idle makes me feel uneasy… Many urban people who have been living in a “fast-paced” life for a long time can’t get the rest and recovery they deserve because of their busy life and work, resulting in various symptoms of fast-paced syndrome.
Rhythm syndrome not only causes psychological discomfort, but also a series of physiological discomfort. Of course, this physical discomfort does not mean that there are some organic diseases in the body, but that the central nervous system and autonomic nervous system are dysfunctional due to the long-term tension of the spirit, and symptoms like “neurosis” appear, such as nerve headache, nerve vomiting, nerve anorexia, female menstruation disorder, and so on.
In the outpatient department, we often meet some white-collar workers who seek medical treatment. Most of them are employees of foreign enterprises, journalists and insurance practitioners. They often have secondary headache and other symptoms. After examination, we found that they do not have any neurological problems. Later, I learned that these people live in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of career and responsibility. So I suggested that they see a psychologist.
Similarly, dysfunction of the nervous system will also affect the internal function of the body, which leads to a class of symptoms called psychosomatic diseases in medical psychology, such as primary hypertension, bronchial asthma, peptic ulcer and so on.
In modern society, “fast pace” is inevitable, and finding ways to “steal time from the busy” to eliminate “fast pace” syndrome is also a good way for modern people to learn to adjust psychological tension. Psychological experts pointed out that first of all, they should have a happy and worry free attitude. Even if they feel that life is very hard, they should “enjoy it in bitterness”. At ordinary times, you should not be obsessed with trivial matters, nor should you be preoccupied with temporary tension and busyness. You should be good at freeing yourself mentally.
At the same time, we should reasonably arrange our lives and be busy without chaos. We should also arrange the contents of our daily life according to our actual conditions of life, work and study, our physical health and our ability to socialize for work and study. Be clear about when and what to do, and do not change it at will. In this way, an individual can have a deep understanding of his or her general work and life situation, and can form a good habit after long-term implementation.
Of course, we should also pay attention to the combination of work and rest in our work, and arrange some beneficial activities for ourselves in the time beyond 8 hours to recover our spirit and physical strength.
