2. What is karate
Karate, also known as empty hand, originated from the Ryukyu Kingdom (now the Ryukyu Islands), is a system composed of a variety of martial arts. Its predecessor was the ancient Ryukyu martial arts “hand”. After integrating the imported Chinese martial arts, it was honored as “Tang hand” by the Ryukyu people. It was introduced to Japan during the Dazheng period and became “Karate” under the influence of Japanese martial arts. After World War II, it was widely spread all over the world. Karate includes kicking, hitting, throwing, holding, throwing, locking, wringing, reverse skills, and acupoint tapping. Some schools also practice the art of * in karate.
Karate moves are simple and easy to learn, especially suitable for children. Karate pays attention to etiquette, which not only strengthens the body and improves the human function, but also improves the comprehensive quality of the spirit, mind and morality of the practitioners. Through practice, we can stimulate the creativity of children and cultivate their hardworking quality.
3. How old is karate for children
Boys are generally recommended to be over 4 years old. Some Taoist schools recruit people over 3 years old, that is, they can start to learn karate at the age of 3-5. However, most of the young children do not have any stereotypes, and they still need parents to insist and encourage them.
Small has small advantages. A solid foundation can cultivate children’s self-confidence and etiquette. Although boys in their teens and 20s learn late and need to work hard in ligament, boys at this stage have strong absorption ability and learn faster than ordinary boys. Therefore, there is no saying that karate is suitable for any age. The key is to persist, work hard and not give up.
How to learn karate
1. Breathing method
At ordinary times, we should master the quiet and natural methods of inhalation and exhalation.
2. Ophthalmology
Two persons shall stand at the actual combat distance, and Party A shall spread five fingers with both hands to reach about 5cm away from Party B’s face. Shake Party B’s face to the left and right at will, and Party B will follow the opposite direction of Party A’s hand to avoid Party A’s hand. At the same time, Party B’s hands make fighting and protective actions.
He is sitting in a dark room, lighting incense or candles, and staring. It is very helpful to practice eyesight and improve mental attention.
In the double training, Party A uses a stick to pull flowers in the air, while Party B watches and imitates Party A’s sports line with his hands.
