1. Facial triangle
Noteworthy: Acne
Reason for concern: the connecting line between your nose wing and the left and right corners of your mouth constitutes the facial triangle. There are many blood vessels distributed in this area, which connect the veins leading to the brain and carry out vigorous nutrient exchange. But because the facial vein is the only vein in your body without a venous valve, the venous blood flowing therein will not only flow downward to the neck vein, but also flow upward to the brain vein.
Because the skin in the triangular area of the face is thin, the blood vessels are rich and the metabolism is very strong, so the accumulation of toxins in your body can be easily reflected here, which is also one of the reasons why acne is easy to grow here.
Experts suggest that you should be reminded that in case of acne in this triangle area, you must not crush the acne, otherwise the bacteria and toxins on the skin or in the acne will easily flow to the eyes, nose and even brain with venous blood, causing infection.
2. Neck triangle
Noteworthy: neck pain
Reason for concern: your entire posterior neck, including the first cervical vertebra and the second cervical vertebra, belongs to the triangular area of the neck. The reason why you can turn your head, nod your head and shake your head is that this area concentrates the most flexible but also the most vulnerable joints of your whole body.
A healthy cervical spine is slightly convex forward, which can increase the elasticity of the cervical spine and slow down the brain vibration caused by walking. If you sit in a bad posture for a long time, or if the pillow is too hard and too high, it will affect the physiological bending of the neck, not only the neck muscles are easy to ache, but also the nerves in the cervical spine will be compressed, causing headache, nausea and other symptoms.
Experts suggest: first of all, never sleep on a pillow that is too high, otherwise your cervical spine will be under too much pressure. Second, pay attention to the warmth of the neck. Cold and humid air can easily invade from this area, causing pain. Finally, it should be emphasized that when the triangular area of the neck is sore, don’t pinch or press it casually. The correct way is to apply hot compress with a towel or rinse it with hot water, and then move the neck forward, backward, left and right to relax the neck muscles.
3. Shoulder triangle
Noteworthy: shoulder strain
Reason for concern: your left and right shoulder joints and their surrounding parts are the shoulder triangle. This area has the largest range of motion, but the joint connection is not strong enough, so it is easy to be strained if you use improper force when moving or lifting heavy objects. If you carry a heavy bag for a long time and have a one shoulder back, it is more likely to lead to shoulder muscle strain and various chronic inflammation.
Expert advice: first of all, decompress your bag and change your shoulder back. Next, don’t sit in the office for a long time, stand up every hour, stretch forward, backward, left and right, and fully exercise your shoulders.
