4. Afternoon tea (15:00-16:00)
Black coffee (350ml) + whole wheat bread (2 pieces) or a banana. Black coffee is good for heart function and contains no fat. It can be regarded as a good thing to accelerate metabolism during fat reduction. If you choose wholemeal bread with coffee, you should avoid bananas.
5. Dinner (18:00-19:00)
For people who want to lose weight, dinner is very important. During dinner, try to be low in sugar, salt and calories. Eat some food with a certain sense of satiety but low in fat and containing dietary fiber. Then, it is naturally coarse grain.
