Busy work makes urban people physically and mentally tired. I don’t know when to start. “How tired” has naturally become a mantra of many people. In fact, fatigue is not just caused by fatigue. There are many factors in life that consume people’s energy and make people feel tired
1. Overuse of eyes:
If you concentrate on something for too long, the human body will feel loose bones and numb limbs. It’s better to close your eyes for a moment.
2. Obesity:
Overweight is a heavy burden on the human body, and the excess fat on the body will make people feel tired.
3. Lack of exercise:
People mistakenly think that sports can make people tired. But the fact is just the opposite. If there is no exercise, the muscles will become weak. When the body wants to use them, it needs to spend more energy.
4. Sleep problems:
Some people often take advantage of weekends to sleep in and argue that this is to refresh themselves. Unexpectedly, sleeping late and getting up late disturbs the biological clock and directly affects the mental state.
5. Psychological problems:
Depression is the most common cause of fatigue; Bad mood and excessive tension will also lead to poor sleep and fatigue.
6. Malnutrition:
If your daily diet is dominated by processed foods, your body will feel tired. You may as well eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken, whole grains and beans.
7. Insufficient thyroid secretion:
The thyroid gland controls metabolism. If the thyroid gland does not secrete enough, it will slow down metabolism and make people feel tired.
8. Dehydration:
After dehydration, people’s blood volume decreases, their physical strength decreases, and their energy is exhausted. It is generally best to drink 8-10 cups of water per person per day.
9. Drugs:
Taking diuretics, antidepressants, certain anti cold drugs or cough syrup can lead to fatigue. Generally, fatigue will disappear after stopping the medicine.
10. The working environment is gloomy:
If the surrounding environment is dark and gloomy, it is easy to feel tired. Therefore, in the working and learning environment, adding yellow, orange, red and other colors will help eliminate fatigue.
If you feel tired for more than one month, ask a doctor to analyze the root cause, and do not be careless.
