At present, there are many kinds of sports shoes on the market, and foot shape, function and self needs should be fully considered when choosing. We can divide the sneakers into five parts to judge:
1. Toe: protect the foot and prevent friction injury. When wearing sports shoes, a space of at least 1cm should be reserved between the toe and toe. If the toe is too narrow, it will hinder the power of the front foot. When trying on, you can take out the insole and step on it. If the sole of the foot protrudes from both sides, it means that the shoe is too narrow.
2. Upper: increases breathability and wraps the foot. When exercising, choose a pair of sports shoes with good air permeability, which is conducive to blood circulation and heat dissipation of the feet. Choose light and comfortable sneakers made of artificial materials (such as nylon) and equipped with mesh design.
3. Shoelace hole: stabilize the foot and reduce skin friction. It is recommended to choose a design with multiple shoelace holes, so that people with different arch radians can wrap their feet by adjusting shoelaces to prevent slipping.
4. Heel split: protect Achilles tendon. The material of the heel split should be softer or U-shaped to reduce the wear and damage to the Achilles tendon.
5. Sole: provides traction, enhances wear resistance and flexibility. The sole can absorb and release energy and cushion the impact of the sole. The sole is too soft to stabilize the ankle joint, and too hard will cause excessive arch force. It is recommended to bend the sole when buying shoes. It is most suitable if the soft and hard are moderate and can be quickly restored, and the thickness of the sole should not be less than 2 cm.
In addition, you can’t wear sports shoes that fit your feet for four or five years at a time. Don’t be reluctant to throw them away when the following situations occur.
1. If the shoe support is fat, the support and protection of both feet will be lost, and it is easy to fall or sprain.
2. The shoe is uneven. The appearance of some shoes looks very new, but the inside is pressed out of the shape of the foot, or even if the insole is padded, it will hurt the foot, which easily affects the cushioning effect of sports shoes on all joints of the whole body.
3. The sole of the shoe is worn flat. During exercise, the main focus of the foot is on the front sole of the foot, so the toe of the sports shoe will slightly tilt upward, making the heel easy to leave the ground and protecting the arch of the foot. But if the shoes are worn for a long time, the toe will be flattened and lose its original radian. If such shoes are worn, the coordination and flexibility of the feet will be reduced, and it is easy to fall. The average service life of shoes is 2 years. It is recommended to prepare two or three pairs of sports shoes and wear them instead.
