I always feel that my body is tired and weak, I can’t lift my spirit about anything, and I will be inexplicably irritable and anxious. I went to the hospital for an examination, but there was nothing wrong with me. This “disease-free and uncomfortable” state is often called sub-health. The following nine reasons are most likely to lead to sub-health, which must not be ignored in life.

9. Mental factors: depression or other similar mental system diseases are the most common causes of fatigue.
